Refusing Medical Treatment and Choosing to Eat Soup Instead

Two years later, and it still hurts. Staying home was definitely out of the question; I was going completely stir crazy. Instead, I went to the museum, drove to Wickenburg, and hung out at the Abode. It doesn't matter what I do, June 20th will continue to bring sadness, and with it, lots of tears. Super awesome friends are always a good thing to have around. I have to wonder what's going to happen when and if I move. At the end of the year, I have every intention of leaving this place and continuing life elsewhere. I'm not the kind of girl that keeps continuous contact, which is unfortunate, and also not the kind that makes new friends easily. Oh well, come what may.

He's Not Worth The New Dress

Shampoo, please.

It's the beginning of Week Two planning a wedding. I can't seem to get a consensus of ideas, but at least I have a year to do this since a date has finally been set (mostly because I pushed at it). Gena and Tom are at a wine and food tasting now, but credit will not be given to me on that. They're so cute!

I promise not to take myself to seriously.

The money crunch sucks. This coming weekend I was suppose to go on a road trip to Biloxi, but that's not happening. On a happy note, picking up my sister in San Antonio might be fun, especially since the Boy will be there. There is this deep sense of fear and what not at the pit of my stomach for some odd reason, and driving 15 hours by myself is not something to look forward to.

Is that what you tell all the girls?

Juice sounds good right about now. I'm out.

Something in the water

Looking for the "our-agers" in term of celebrity sucked. Composing a list of guys to make you swoon who aren't 19 or 17 was really hard... until we Googled. I am telling you, there was something in the water during 1978. The guys who share that year of birth are amazing to look at! I won't lie. Check them out on: http://www.whosdatedwho.com/celebrities/people/list/celebrity-categories.asp?FD=yob&ID=1978&pageno=2

As for road trip news, I think we've come back to reality when expenses started to become an issue. It's all good though, we can now start saving for next year.

Blah. Writer's block. I always have all these amazing things to say, and when it comes time to put down, I'm at a lost. The other day my friends and I were talking about how ASU is transitioning to paperless education, and this kind of saddens me. Haha. I know, I am completely using a blog, but I keep a hand-written journal too. The idea of books all being on CD-ROM or being accessible through Blackboard is plain ridiculous, no matter how smart or green. But I suppose it will be refreshing from bulky chemistry books that cost $200 a pop. Lame. Everything is so expensive.

Anyway, I better get back to cutting up shapes for the Fish Masks that I have planned for my kindergartens. There is so much prep work involved, even for tiny projects such as this one.
